Interesting deal. Good for PLX bad for Genz :-). Some of the wording in the PR is a bit unclear like "qualifies to fabricate other products of the same kind". I would hope that they still license any other ERT's. Also it doesn't say when it takes effect and if its conditional on getting approval (I imagine the Brazil approval is somehow tied to FDA approval). Do you know how approval in Israel is determined?
