I always new it was coming it kind of explained it in that report I posted in the I-box

One good thing about cctr there not afraid to make news public, good or bad.

I don't think this means the end for cctr.
They have to have them shares in the bank, in case someone changes in there shares B for shares A and even if they or when they trade them in I don't think they would want to sell them at theses low prices.
