What gives is that its a Penny stock. Penny stocks are a two-edged sword. The value is low enough to allow individuals who normally don't have the funds for large investing, to invest in great companies. The down side is, it allows individuals who normally don't do investing, to invest in a company. So the penny stocks tend to ride on the ebb and tide of emotion.
What we're seeing today has nothing to do with the value of the underlying company, and much more to do with panic and not wanting to tie up limited resources for the long term.
Eventually that component will shake itself out, and the stock can once again fall back into being valued on its underlying company.
