Ken never claimed HC for himself, that all happened after he left cornerstone. You might want to read some info in the ibox before your alias changes to Gump2.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion on the matter. All I can do is judge you and your motives by the way you post. My obvious conclusion would be to ignore you since
1. You didn't even know that Ken resigned Cornerstone in 2004 before making your innuendo.
2. You were referring to Cornertown when it should have been Cornerstone.
It's obvious that you just make accusations without doing any DD before and hoping that you get a rise from people. I will say you have gotten one from me, my finger has risen to put you on ignore.
If Cornerstone had claims for any properties and because of the low price of precious metals, a poor economy, or not having sufficient financing or JV capability to hold onto those claims then Cornerstone made a conscious business decision to let those claims go. Once Cornerstone did let those claims go they gave up any right to claim foul play should anyone else (including Ken) stake those claims. It seems foolish to think that because Ken once worked with Cornerstone that some sort of integrity issue must be in play if he stakes a claim that Cornerstone let go.
THE POINT IS THAT CORNERSTONE RELINQUISHED THEIR CLAIM ON THOSE PROPERTIES.
A person's bitterness and frustration for having owned Cornerstone stock is NOT proof of any unethical behavior on Ken's part. As Rick-UK previously stated today Ken left Cornerstone in 2004 and the claims we are discussing were not staked until 2009. "Lucky and Rusty were both claimed in 2009 - five years after he left Cornerstone. The other claims in this area (the area where Cornerstone was active) are Shaylee and Clifton and they are both very recent and nothing to do with Cornerstone. Two of KAT's properties do pre-date 2004 - the initial part of the Handcamp property was claimed in 2003 and the initial part of the Twi-Lite property was claimed in 1998, but so far as I am aware these were never owned by or had anything to do with Cornerstone, nor were they exploring in those areas so far as I am aware."
So Ken's only transgression to you is that he staked one claim on Handcamp in 2003. Ken had every right to stake a claim for himself as did his brother Tim or anyone else. Unless there was an agreement in place that stated any claims staked by employees must belong to Cornerstone then nothing illegal took place. If no such agreement was in place, then what is the problem
As I see it, I believe Ken's integrity is still intact and flourishing.
