Unproven?? The link is there and just a couple interesting lines were included in that post. There's lots more to read in that link. Once again, that's the most recent publicly disclosed information of the company. The only thing that can still be considered as truth until something newer is filed stating otherwise.

I don't have to provide evidence to your unproven posts... It will only give you unearned creditability.. I will be patient for TCLIF's updated information
