Who would want to be head of a company that holds that many shares? The first manner of business would be to reduce the share structure, wiping out existing shareholders, so that the stock could be traded again. Otherwise it will stay stagnant.

You simply hold a meeting by doing it electronically and as for bkmp bylaws I will post them for you becaus ethey are available online from the secretray of state in wyoming

this is doable if there is enough interest which means maybe 3 people who want to become president, director and secretary of bkmp
