I think that I can also remember back about 1 to 1.5 years ago when the pps spiked, it was right after an announcement of a SA contract. Then the company wad OPCN. Also there may have been offers or at least an, offer to purchase the intellectual property of OPCN but CEO refused due to low offer from purchaser. Anyone else remember this and can comment on inconsistencies?
