don't you think that if he cared about shareholders he might have actually done something with the money he diluted, to support the future of the beverage company rather than pump it all into nascar... don't you think that a 1000:1 RS is a bit severe and shows his true motive and greed (with total disregard for current shareholders)... what happened to the promised 2 quarters of positive audited financials before the RS?!? all lies, in my opinion to only benefit himself.
