You are wise to follow up to see if they do what they say they are going to do. Companies that establish a track record of doing so generally grow in value. Companies that don't generally lose value as they clearly exhibit execution problems. I'm not holding my breath either on the 30th...

News Terra Telecom completed! Adding $18M revs to the company.

Maybe if this board can take a breath and stop bashing you just might be able to read the news. If you don't like this company why not move on? What's the purpose. It's bottomed now reversal could come with this news.

As previously reported, EGPI Firecreek, Inc. signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Terra Telecom, LLC. Both companies worked jointly to complete a rather lengthy due diligence process in order to complete the acquisition by month end. Control of Terra and its operations shall take place at the close of business on September 30th.
