Mick; So what do they do,sit and wait for the price to get to 4.20 before they sell? Oooorrr do they know something that we don't and why do they have to file anyway,that's not 5% of the co. I'm sooo confused. Tipping my glass to all the longs and to all the bashers that got us where we are today. RJ

mick: Or anyone, do you have a link for the Chester filing to the SEC? I can't find anything, they are pink sheeted, but no filings come up at Pink Sheet site. Thanks for any help.
