The background.
Oil oil/gas gas everywhere in the Middle East, poke a stick in the ground, and oil gushes out, except of course in Israel!........A few years ago, a company in Israel got a license to drill for gas....Ho Hum, right, there is NO OIL/GAS there, we all know that!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, a few months ago, oil/gas was found in Israel, so much so, that now Israel is now energy independent and indeed they can export energy........there is now a feeding frenzy in Israel for oil/gas and the hottest stocks on the mkt there is oil/gas related........So the license should now be worth something for this small company!!!!!!!!! And worth alot!
Their license is right where the ONLY current producing wells in Israel are located!

Yes, I know its almost 2 years old, yes, I know NOTHING happened, yes I know it may not happen, but OLI/GAS FRENZY IS HITTING ISRAEL AND IT JUST MAY PLAY OUT VERY NICELY!
OK, so the obvious question is, if all this is true, why is the stock pennies? Why hasn't it moved up? All legit questions.
Possible answer include, but are not limited ...........
1-Its all BS!
2-No one knows!
3-No one knows and no one cares
4-They have NO $$$ to drill, so what is it worth?
5-They may drill and find NOTHING!
6-Its old news and no one remembers as it didn't work out!
7-All the above and more
I don't have any answers to the above.....I have guesses if you care to listen to them
Since it is such a small company, I'm guessing most if not all have either forgotten the pr, or never even know about the then worthless license......while the company has zero $$ to drill, I am guessing the license will attract other companies eager to get in and they will fund the drill for a piece of the action...........its possible there is nothing there, BUT, if right next door where there was so much, wont there be stuff under their field? Maybe. maybe not!................I AM GUESSING! I DONT ACTUALLY KNOW THE TRUTH.............No one does until they say something, IF THEY EVER will. I am guessing they will....because there is no reason not to expo lit the valuable asset
In short
If this is true.......and it ever gets out.....and they drill and find oil/gas ,especially if its as much as the neighbor found, we have a HUGE HUGE STOCK......
If its NOT true, we lose 15 cents or so

To be honest, I have NO clue what this means, BUT, in 2008, A major investment house was going to raise them $25 million to pursue this project, the DAY they were to supposed to start the road show, Lehman went belly up........and the rest is history............
