Nice.An important reminder: a company can repurchase its shares on the open market when it is in a financial position to do so. Share counts are not a one way street. They can decrease as well.

They can barely make payroll and can't afford their own PR firm anymore....LOL...but we can buy-back shares! Priceless!

Or perhaps, the rate of dilution will be greatly accelerated when the share price is weaker (more likely) rather than being financed at its current HIGH price.

Repurchasing shares will not occur unless this company becomes profitable and that doesn't appear likely in the foreseeable future.
