Last time only 12% shareholder support EC and I think most the them have sold on 20 Sep. 2010...

We dont know who is accumulating shares....May be any hedge fund..

Normally hedge funds want every one out so that they can take the price up easily and sell their shares at high..

They need nothing but speculation..
