There are 2.26B outstanding shares accounted for according the the quarterly reports plus a PR of share retirement on 7/15 (Q3).

However, the T/A confirms 2.46B outstanding so the difference is likely 200M issued in Q3. We will have to wait to see the Q3 report to confirm.
