I would be glad to. An individual who either acts alone or on behalf of someone else will attempt to devalue a stock by spreading false or exaggerated claims against a public company, in this case AVTI. After the stock's price has dropped, the individual or individual's employer will then purchase the stock at a lower price than what he or she believes it is intrinsically worth.

I believe this is what Gelmon was talking about.
