Fraud doesn't always lead to the filing with the SEC
For example. Go do some DD regarding permits for the DVJ project.
There are emails posted, by shareholders, from Dennis explaining that everything is ready, permits are not an issue.
You'll read "reports from the Open House" "Dennis said we're good to go" when asked about permits.
If you had access to BEHL's email log. I know that you'd see many unanswered email inquires regarding permits.
If you look hard enough, you'll find plenty of information that would lead you to believe, Dennis had learned from past experiences.
But listen to the last interview. After I filed a complaint with CAL/EPA and contacted various other government bodies. Dennis told us, he had many visits from government offices, some of which he didn't know he needed to contact or forgot to contact. After months of saying things are all taken care of??
I notice the pictures from DVJ have dried up and "target dates" changed and changed again. Dennis said the government visits didn't delay things in DVJ. Then What Did? If DVJ has been in planning stages since Last year ... What is the true story?
If things continue as is... Some Day you may get your wish and trade the BEHL on the grey market. I hope not.. that is not in the best interest of shareholders.
