oliver51 - Pretty simple my friend. The guy (Ken Glynn) just officially assumed this ticker ~in June of this year after it was dark and abandoned by another management team who called themselves Speechswitch. He decided to keep the old name and ticker symbol as is. That old business on the ticker needs to be cleaned up and that's what the old filings are about. When he took the ticker, the first thing he did was to deal with existing outstanding debt from the old regime-which he did. Now, he's got to compile all the filings as it's the only way to clean the ticker and bring it current. If he wants the ticker clean, he has no choice though none of it is related to what new management is doing now (except SS issues and housekeeping related to the ticker itself)...but what he's doing now in new product development is what holds the breakout power herre. The old filings are exactly that. Old and only related to the ticker's past, not his current incarnation. Dig? Peace/
