Otto Shelver Chaffee and Wain didnt care about the hundreds of people and families they wrecked with their previous scams. You have been given plenty of notice (months) that this was another scam and you chose to ignore it and even encouraged others as you describe to waste their precious money on yet another scam. You are aware that Otto has been charged with fraud and yet you dismissed it. They have walked away from a business they set up in the U K and didnt worry about taxes debts or employees. Please dont encourage any one to invest in GBOE IT IS DEAD
