At Least we know that the next PR will be the MERGER COMPLETION news. Its much better than sitting around for weeks waiting to hear if our lawyers are feeling better, or if there are more meetings scheduled to continue talks.

Talks are over. Possible verbage that needs to be changed in our documents, but nothing news worthy.

Why does China Hydro feel the need to securitize their asset ? And why before the deal is 100% done ? The only legal liability lies in China.... Just thinking out loud here.
