The company's actions the past few months have led to this-a total and complete wipe out of stock value. For many companies that would lead to board resignations. Perhaps if the shareholders had been a lot more vocal about their displeasure when this Dutchess deal was first announced the deal would have been canceled. Who knows. But I do know that continually kissing the company's butt like many do through all of this HAS NOT HELPED. The stock is now LOWER than where it was even last winter. Think about that.
Does that not register? Some can keep drinking the koolaid, but the facts are this stock has been on a downward path-with increasing volume mind you, since Dutchess came on board. I still remember getting an email from Bob saying that Dutchess would help the stock price. Too funny.
