scrapple - probably the best breakfast "meat" ever. After you make bacon, porkchops, pork belly, pork ribs, etc, then hotdogs and sausage, you take alllllll the leftovers, and make a grey-ish fatty brick called scrapple that you fry in a skillet and usually eat with ketchup. Mostly in DE, PA, MD. I was born in DE but live in FL and have to have it shipped.
