I have to give you some credit on that one. I hadn't thought that way. Sooo, EVXA gets approval for 100 billion shares, potentially gets the contract to process the oil and tar balls int he Gulf, BP picks up the shares and once this is complete an announcement is made sending the PPS on up? Seems to go hand in hand with what you would expect from BP. LOL
