A Free ? market, just too many pump and dumps, and no one ever really got busted, and when they did they were allowed to keep most of the winnings, and did 1 or 2 years in a country club setting. I still get so many class action lawsuits in the mail, always thought of setting up a company, selling out the stock, and taking huge bonuses and salaries, and then telling the SEC I made a mistake in my earnings estimates, sorry !!!
