I think the problem doesn't start with the 20 billion, but rather EV's complete disregard for shareholders. He has shown it before with a RS and showed it doubling the A/S without any notice, and by some accounts telling investors the exact opposite. History shows he is not going to treat shareholders with respect and will do what he wants in order to make money for himself.
