Hey RRRRR, I would be on board to nail this guy as well!

I dumped at a great lose and would think that a group of us could at a minimum make it impossible for this guy to function in the USA. He may have bled off thousands but it won't be enough to live it up anywhere.

I can't lead this either so if anyone on this board leads the charge, I am sure there will be scads of people jump on to go to the SEC or whatever.

Sure, penny-ante companies pull junk like this alla time. Sometimes it's an outright scam, sometimes they just don't know the regs--sometimes both.
