Its very possible. I've seen it happen before in a few weeks time on other pinks. Top Tier OTCBB uplisting usually requires a full review of everything, in detail. MM's can still short OTCBB, just like they still short other exchanges (AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc).
