Thank you for pointing out what you don't know, and allowing me the opportunity to bring you up to speed. If you look at the top right hand corner, you will see an expiry date of February 2011, meaning any changes to the holdings change within that time period, there must be another filing. Believe me, SEC filings are not something you mess around with. If there is a mistake, an ammendment must be filed.

I know filed over 2 years ago, this is almost as crazy as trying to use a thrown out court case as evidence against Gelmon. Oh wait, didn't someone try to do this?

If these changes had to be immediately amended with that form 3, then how come the address was different from the form 3 to the 8-k?
