Whenever an amendment is filed with the WY SOS to increase or decrease the A/S, the new number is shown next to the "Common Shares" field.

In this instance, it seems that this is not a simple A/S change which has a pointer to "see file".

Additionally, a reverse split is commonly paid out on Mondays so that the shareholders cannot get the file from the SOS during the weekend.
