Don't know where you've been over the last year, but management has been busy trying to keep this company floating. The fact that Daic is floating a bogus website has been known for some time. Do you want to focus on staying alive or being a little warmer. You have to look at the long term not the short term immediate result. Once a settlement agreement is signed, I'm sure you will see a lot of things changing and especially the website. Right now that isn't a very big priority. There are a few other obstacles to overcome subsequent to an agreement, however, those will be easier handled with additional funding.
