So when the Judge told shareholders to do it themselves (Investigate NSS) - did you understand that?

When you jump on Silverman's 50 Billion NSS, have you requested proof of this number?

Can you tell me what if any proof that a single NSS exists?

Can you provide proof that the SEC has NOT already looked into your allegations and dismissed them as non-factual?


Really Jay, besides a conspiracy originated by the crooks and criminals themselves (Metter and Moskowitz) what other real data do you have that NSS exists? Could it be badshah's claims that they were all done by ex-clearing in which a trade is never actually posted ANYWHERE that convinces you? How exactly do you make claims such as this based on ghost trades? Clearly 50 Million shares have never traded in the open market and at least some of the volume reported was done using real shares so, how do you substantiate 50 billion shares trading if they never appeared ANYWHERE?

Ultimately, it is easy to say NSS but when a company dilutes at the level and pace Sponge did, it is hard for those that don't understand the issue to differentiate.
