Hire some interns from a local school. Put them in a managerial setting. It would not only help them, but take some stress off you. Don't need to pay alot, the experience alone should be good enough.

well God just keeps blessing us even when we don't expect or even need it. My life is great right now and from what I read from you it is the same. Might as well soak up the revenue because our gov and present Prez wants to take it.
