OK, now I think I know what you are asking. No, i don't think the Chinese government would censor info available to investors ... if it was made available by the companies themselves. Which is the problem. Obviously, GDHI isn't making adequate info availavle and they've gagged the TA. So why is there any reason to believe it would be any different with this new "agreement?"Plus, there is a language barrier.
