I don't know what your background is but obviously you're a smart guy. The word that we got from JB and Tracy was that they were still working on the JV and the lawsuit was taking too much of JB's time. Now things are apparently moving along quickly.
What is left to be worked out? Tracy says we are pending the final approval of the JV. Is this a regulatory thing like other JV's? Is it just a matter of having someone within NAK/HD sign off?
It would be nice to better understand the process. Apparently the land transfer wasn't proof that the JV was completely finalized given the information we have now.
Take advantage, yes, but I have a pissed off side that wants these guy's to get as little as possible. Play the game and have them sell for .01 a share!
