You are right OMO. They would have issued those warrants anyway! But this lawsuit and settlement crap pulled the rug under us. I am not worried about the warrants as those attachments will be consumed when the warrant holders sell. The issue here is about understanding what is going on with the JV and if there is any delay in finalizing the contract.
On the positive side, NAK/FMM consolidation looks very positive and the land consolidation around the caldera. Time will tell when JB is planning to put out the JV news!
