Yes, but there's always a Boston Dtox...

In 2006-2007 Boston Dtox solicited a lot of money for what appeared to be a fast-growing market. Detox shops were up and running on Boston's Newbury Street and many others across the country. Profits looked wonderful for investors. Many people invested $XXXXXX upon a written contract issue them stock. Then... nothing.

When investors went after their money, they were told that "a group of criminals had taken-over the company and stolen all the money." That was it. Inquiries from enraged investors were met with a stoney silence. The SEC was contacted to see what was going on and to recoup money. Nothing. Then, suddenly, a NEW Detox emerged without an explanation. Every dime invested in Boston Detox -- gone. The new Detox is still in business after stealing every investor's money and then telling them to get bent.

I am sure this and events like it are going through the minds of many potential CLYW investors, esp. those not into market analysis...

Yes you are correct, I have indeed spent my lifetime looking for this opportunity and I haven't found one quite like this one. I have spent an enormous amount of time looking at all aspects of this situation. I have reviewed most of the patents issued concerning this technology, prior court cases, etc. It has been a full time job just getting all of this information into perspective. Even at that Ben Lurkin and DSU have contributed greatly to the knowledge base. This is not idle speculation, but calculated analysis of the facts and predictions based on those analyses. You can't just jump into something like this and hope for the best. It takes a deeper understanding as to what factors are in play. When it comes along, people are hesitant to accept they in fact deserve it and it is likely a pipe dream. Not me. It isn't easy, it can be done. It isn't charts, it isn't volume. You have to understand what you're dealing with and that can't be determined from a chart. This is an opportunity as I've said for many, many months. The train is leaving. There won't be an opportunity like this again in my lifetime. I believe a settlement will be obtained in short order. The reason is the alternative is to resume the court proceedings and Tmobile knows they don't have a defense.
