I KNOW THIS IS NOT A STOCK FOR YOU, THE anwm TIME LINE DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST.
Many know and many have said this is a long term play, currently the specifics are:

Low floater shell, with the belief that a person will bring a business in the shell to bring value for the share holders here.

I will be the first to contact you when the business plan has been publically anounced, that would be the best time for you to possibly even consider buying the stock.

Not sure what the PPS will be at that time, will be sure to alert you.

I wish I had a share of stock for every time I've listed the possibilities available for an event to occur and someone came back and said there are many more ways for the event to take place.

Anytime a new person comes into a stock and says "Most likely they are looking first at either dilution or a R/S to purchase the assets of a private company..." they will be labeled. Thats like walking in and saying "Hi, I'm new here and I hate you all."

Each and every time when asked, they will not post what other ways there are, just that there are other ways.

Correct again. Once a new person comes in and says "Most likely they are looking first at either dilution or a R/S to purchase the assets of a private company..." they are considered to be the "enemy" and we do not give information to the "enemy."

There is nothing magical about two legal entities joining together and there are only a limited number of ways to do it. I posted how a merger would typically occur and so far, all I've received in response was that I'm wrong because a large shareholder told them dilution and/or a R/S will never happen or that the company will be purchased 'outright', meaning with the company's or someone's cash.

or someone's cash

So make me look foolish here and tell me how else it will happen or where the cash will come from and why someone would put up the cash and expect nothing in return.

Only you can make yourself look foolish, we can't. And who is to say that they expect nothing in return? If that person or persons had a HUGE vested interest in the company wouldn't a tremendous increase in the value of his or her or their shares be getting something in return?

Specifics only please.

I believe I have specifically answered the questions you have to the best of my ability.
