OMO - If I am correct, the previous attachments were not issued. The whole debate started when JB did not honor the warrants and that is why it did not bother us. If a decent institution held the warrants we would be way up now. These guys are scumbags and absolutely don't have any regards to the value of the company.
To be fair, Briscoe and co. did not have any intention of selling those shares anytime soon. In my opinion, there is a short-term difference between the holders (at least until they finish selling). I plan on taking advantage, but this is overhead.
