They began working on them a while back. Company told me they would be out shortly.

possibly ,,but you'd have to imagine they had all that in the works before going public... I would believe they'd want these events to come together as close as possible...but we have no Idea when they fins arrived with the auditor..

No way, lol.
I'm told it takes 2-3 weeks at most from someone I respect.
And less if there's more of a team working on them.
Heck, the cabinet shop I work with does over 5 mil in business a year and it takes about a week to get the books done annually.
