I am definitely not a chartist, but I have learned some things from some of the people on this board and others. As far as the market cap...as of right now (price is at 3.82) the market cap is little changed since yesterday at 3. The price is up only 2 cents so I definitely wouldn't say that it has been rising steadily on a 4 dollar stock.
