The only reason I can fathom for a r/s now is because they budgeted very poorly and needed $ before the year end run dumped the remaing share already and have no other way to get $. If that is the case it is for one of two reasons:

1. they are dumber than a box of rocks and have someone who failed 3rd grade math for a CFO. or.....

2. they are putting this company down for good by chasing off the last few who have faith in the company by f---ing all of us and running for the hills.

I personaly think, of the 2, the first is more likely, but neither is good for shareholders. But then again they may be doing great and are doing everything they can to make this a profitable transparent company. I hope that is the true story. I'm still holdin. GLTA!!!
