Like to think that but the day traders will exit for the weekend and probably keep a lid on it. I was actually surprised it gapped open that high. It does seem though to have good support, already 3 million shares. Probably have another 6 million day.
Settlement has to be near completion. There is no way that our Lawyers approve a "Stay" unless we have something concrete put together. As far as the State case goes...I'm torn. I want a quick settlement, but I also want some kind of justice for long term shareholders.
