Agreed......I know I still have all my shares and I'm guessing that most others do too as a result of all the info that the company has put out as well as what gets disseminated on this board on a daily basis. Unfortunate that the PPS is where it is but, like you, I expect that to change before too long.....
if you look back at all of their comments you can see that almost every point that has been made by them has simply been them reacting to any positive news that comes out. Great earnings report? SCAM! Cash in the bank? FAKE! just look at the SEC-SAIC point, they came up with that as a negative point way after it was brought up and dealt with during initial DD.
What they are doing is purely fear mongering, any response to them is a waste of mental energy.
Joe didn't make me nervous because he has an agenda, so he will talk his book. If he's out the company is a fraud and he's suing them, if he's in it's the greatest company on the planet.
