I bought back OTOW based on this price level and share buy back news, and let me also say, that the other reason why this may be driven down is for the market makers to load as much at they can due to the fact that a share buy back is going on, and when completed , there is going to be a wonderful move in price upward

we are just happy to have these prices to grab add or load up while this goes on,

no need to fight the market, play with them

I feel we have a very nice move coming and I am happy to get my shares at these lows
