Where or what are the options the company have in this particular matter? I’d like you to review my post #27587 and see if that question makes any sense. EV had to have known that there would be serious repercussions in filing for an additional 10 billion shares with the PPS bouncing between .0001 and .0002. It is as if he deliberately sent ARTS an unavoidable train wreck. He knew that he was already over extended in the use of A/S but ignored that fact and continued to dump on an almost daily basis. He either had every intention of seeking an R/S as a solution or some other ulterior motive no matter what anyone thinks, I say this was all premeditated with much forethought and the outcome already scripted.
