Some of this may seem like hindsight now.

I expected Charlestown/Hartland to file an amended plan since today is designed to be the final day of disclosure hearings. There was no increase in value - something I saw as a 50-50 chance.

The Debtor has "raised" by the virtue making the buy-out price $.25 and adding Watermarke Properties as a financing partner.

Although it is possible for Legendary/EWB to file another amended plan that raises value to $.25, they will most likely not increase value today.
