I believe your shares are worthless at the moment.. You have to wait until BNET goes public and gets listed..Than whatever BNET is trading at is what your shares are worth..IMHO

Good Luck! I've been talking to my local Scottrade office. The tale they spin is...I have to request the certificate for my shares, which I did, which will take 2-3 weeks to receive. Then I have to...at the appropriate time.....when the restriction is lifted from the shares.....yadayada....in what sequence I'm still not sure because the broker essentially told me I could take my account elsewhere and cut the call short....anyway...., I have to "take" the cert to the transfer agent and get the restriction lifted before I can trade them. Meanwhile the stock, when it goes public (which I keep getting wind of and am praying for!!!)could rise and fall. And even if it doesn't rise & fall...shouldn't I be able to trade this when it's tradable? I understand discount services vs. full brokerage services but this is worse than boxing my own groceries! (Somebody will now tell me I should have read the fine print. I ask, how could I have anticipated this scenario...)I understand logistics are involved but what I'm getting from others is that their discount broker does the work for them. Then there's the $95. fee for this process. I suggest all with Scottrade inquire about the process. I have a friend in another state who's with Scottrade who received an entirely different story that's even worse than mine. I'm sure they don't want to deal with my small sum of money but, from a doing business standpoint...what if it becomes big money. Will they want my business then? And don't even ask what they told me about the shares I hold in my Roth...it's a nightmare on bread with butter & jam. Me, the bread who got buttered & jammed. I hope you Scottraders on here will post your responses from your local brokers so we all can understand what's going on.. And..be sure to ask specifically if your money is in a Roth or an IRA... Also all of you with other brokers..please tell us if you have called your broker & received a clear explanation about how they handle this process. Perhaps I'll take my brokers advice and move to a different broker. I strongly suggest everyone understand the process for yourselves.. Hope this helps someone!!
