Good find Larry but since this goes back to November of 2009 it would still not be a bad idea to call the company and see if they have more up to date information.
I really see nothing positive in contacting EI, as is constantly suggested. The verification can't be anymore up to date and direct to the source than today. Plus, haven't they had 10 months or so to update shareholders on this matter?
Has anyone ever said with any authority who owns the inventory? It wasn't brought up as an issue on the EI 10K, so I'm surprised it's still an open item.
If the products weren't finished, perhaps they were still on the books of Credeman Solutions, since the company was a designer and manufacturer of various types of products?

Well done lawrenzo, looks like this issue has finally been resolved. Funny, it's just not the way it was portrayed here. I also don't believe it was explained that way in the filings, but I'd have to go back and dig a bit more. Since they have some creative ways to move things around, it could be burried (forgive the pun) under some other miscellaneous loss.
