#8326 RE: microcaps1 #8322

You make a lot of assumptions on this project and those assumptions have a lot of holes and not much common sense

Here are my assumptions based on modern
mining methods:

1) Bob has not done any drilling on that property.
Yes, there were magnetometer studies ( cheap and probably free
from USGS maps ) and they were probably fly-by maps. They indicate magnetic fields on the surface only. Are you going to risk millions of dollars in equipment, labor, etc on a maybe?
For all we know, there is only dirt below this motherlode.

2) Why have the big boys not tap into or made claims in this area? How did Bob get this lucky after all there are many large mining companies in Mexico.

3) Bob has not mentioned any laydown yard in Ensenada to store the ore.

4) Bob has not mentioned any trucking contract. 2500 runs are needed per month. Even at 50 miles per run ( i think its more like 80 miles ), each truck MAY make at most 2 runs a day. Would you want to drive at night with the drug problems in Northern Mexico these days? Doubt there are that many trucks in Baja.

5) From the laydown yard to the loading area, it will probably cost Bob 200 per truck....half a million per shiload. Bob does not have any money left to buy his trusty magnets always shown in the picture, let alone dishing out half a mil a month along with mne expenses and loading cost at the port.

6) There is much more equipment needed to start a iron ore mine.
Bob has not bothered to show any of that.

7) NO MINING PEERMITS. NO SEMARNAT PERMIT.

6) Bob has not shipped an ounce of iron ore in 6 years. Why we he bother do tp it now? He has lied every step of the way and will continue to do so in the future. He is an old man who has drank too much in his life. Bob has no more energy.

I have many more points to prove this is a scam, but this is for another day.
