The difference is that our product should have no problem competing on the open market. There is demand for the product, if we can just get enough starting capital to get it to the market.
We have to be "helped" by someone, and that someone will take part ownership in the company in one form or another. It may be a majority ownership, in which case they can dictate what we do with the product.
