I did some checking into this stock again and noticed that they have not held a shareholders meeting. I believe that as a Delaware Corp they have to have one once per year. It looks like Borish hasn't bothered to hold one for the last two years.
This company could lose its status.
Maybe that is why the stock has been getting annihilated. It has fallen long and hard since I was fooling around trying to trade it.
